With the Adelaide PHN region we have seen a continued increase in registration for My Health Record, with an almost 15% increase in registrations in the 2021/2022 financial year.

In partnership with the Australian Digital Health Agency, our digital health team provided webinars specific for Community Health Organisations, relevant to their fields and software. Training in the use and policies of My Health Record and registration support was also provided for general practices, specialists and community health organisations. Universal support and promotion was also provided to pharmacy and allied health providers.

With a high demand of practices wanting to assist their patients with uploading pathology results into My Health Record, we supported 43.3% of general practices to enable e-requesting with their chosen pathology provider.

This has resulted in 4% more pathology reports uploaded into My Health Record.
