Improving access to telehealth
Service Providers conducted more than 7,000 video consultations
Throughout this financial year, Adelaide PHN has worked on improving access to video telehealth platforms and providing support for primary healthcare practices to develop their hardware, models of care, policies and assist with registration.
In 2021/2022, Adelaide PHN more than doubled its clinic registrations and tripled its user count within Healthdirect Videocall, with 134 clinics and 822 unique Service Providers registered.
These Service Providers conducted more than 7,000 video consultations, an 800% + increase on the previous financial year.
