Stepping toward a culture of collective achievement
These behaviours are integrated into our ways of working, our leadership and our performance goals
In November 2021, we launched ‘Stepping 4ward’ – our internal program for cultural transformation. This was done in recognition of the fact the best work is produced in an engaged and inclusive workplace.
Facilitated by Appellon, and based on their unique methodology, our Stepping 4ward program includes four agreed signature behaviours for our organisation:
Work, achieve and celebrate together
We use our people and resources wisely
We are consistently transparent and timely
Do what we say we will do
These behaviours are integrated into our ways of working, our leadership and our performance goals. Our Stepping 4ward program means we are embedding a culture of collective achievement throughout Adelaide PHN, so that our people understand how their work contributes to the organisation’s outcomes. Evidence tells us that focusing objectively on the collective is vital in building employee self-worth and reducing levels of stress and anxiety.
